Frequently Asked Questions

What are the drop-off and pick-up times? Where are the camps being held?

Camplify will be hosted by the Overseas Family School at 81 Pasir Ris Heights, Singapore 519292. All camps start at 9:00 am in the morning. Half-day camps end at 12:00 noon, while full-day camps end at 4:00 pm. Parents may start to drop off their children at OFS from 8:30 am onwards. Please pick up your children on time at the end of each day if you are not opting for bus transport.

What’s the latest that I can book a camp for my child?

Seats for each camp are limited, so we encourage parents to book early to avoid disappointment! We’ve made registration as easy as possible for working parents – all registrations can be handled online through this website or via email, and payment can be made via online bank transfer or PayNow.

Is Camplify only open to students of the Overseas Family School?

Camplify is open to all students, regardless of school, race or nationality! Overseas visitors to Singapore are welcome!

Is bus transport available?

Yes! For an additional fee, we provide parents the option of door-to-door, 2-way bus transport to Camplify. Bus fees are dependent on pick-up location, and range from $60/week for the Tampines area to $160/week for the Jurong area. For an accurate quotation, please specify your interest in bus transport and your home/pick-up location when registering your child. We will get back to you on the cost of transport for your specific location. Closer to the date of the camps, we will also update parents on estimated bus pick-up timings.

Is lunch included?

Our all-inclusive camp prices include a healthy lunch for full-day campers. Kids will eat lunch at the OFS cafeteria, and will have the choice of tasty vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and fruit throughout the week. Children with allergies may bring their own snacks and lunch.

If I sign-up my child for multiple camps throughout the month, is there any discount? Is there any sibling discount?

Unfortunately, no. Our camp fees are calibrated to ensure quality instructors and optimal student-teacher ratios. All materials are provided and included in the camp fees. Unlike other camps, we also do not charge GST for non-SPP camps.

What should my child bring? Is there any dress code?

Kids are encouraged to bring their own water bottle and a light jacket. There is no formal dress code, but kids are encouraged to wear covered shoes or trainers at all times, especially if attending a sports camp.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made via cash, online bank transfer or PayNow. The easiest way is via online bank transfer. Once you register your child, we will contact you with details of the bank account to which you can transfer the fees. You may also pay using PayNow by entering our UEN #201534336HKDW. Once the transfer is complete, do be sure to let us know that you have made payment and we will send you a confirmation of your camp seat reservation.

My child missed the first day of camp. Can I withdraw and get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. All camp fees paid are non-refundable. In order to keep class sizes small and teacher-student ratios optimal, we will close registration for a camp once all the seats have been reserved. We are unable to allocate your child’s seat to others in cases of last-minute cancellation. In cases of illness, we will allow one change of camp if a medical certificate can be provided.

What precautionary measures are in place, in light of the COVID-19 situation?

All visitors (inclusive of staff, parents/guardians, helpers and students) will have to fill in a travel declaration form prior to visiting the campus. Temperature-taking will be conducted at entry points for all visitors, with staff and campers undergoing temperature-taking twice a day (upon entry and after lunch). Any visitors with a temperature of 37.5°C and above will not be allowed to enter the campus. Small camp class sizes will also be maintained, with indoor camps capped at a maximum of 15 children per camp and outdoor sports camps capped at 40 children (broken down into smaller groups for instruction). Safe distancing controls will also be implemented during mealtimes. As usual, all classrooms will be disinfected thoroughly during lunch and at the end of each day. To provide parents with peace of mind, we will also offer full refunds if we are forced to cancel any camps due to government advisories/restrictions related to COVID-19.
